After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a track & trace code that allows you to follow your package.

How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
Orders are usually delivered within 7 to 10 working days. During busy periods, such as holidays or sale events, delivery may take a little longer. You will always receive a Track & Trace code once your order has been shipped, so you can easily track your delivery.

What are the customer service opening hours?
