Exchanges and Returns

Shipping the item:
Use the return address provided by our customer service. Choose a reliable shipping method and pay the required shipping costs.

Receiving a refund:
Your return will be inspected, and after approval, the refund will be processed. This process may take some time.

Return shipping costs:
You may return your order. If the return is not due to an error on our part, the return shipment is at your own expense. If we made a mistake, we will of course cover the costs.

Exchanges:
If you accidentally ordered the wrong size, you can easily exchange it. Contact our customer service to return the unwanted item, and we will send you the correct size free of charge.

Purchases made with a gift card
Purchases paid fully or partially with a gift card cannot be exchanged or returned. Therefore, please check your purchase carefully before completing your payment. Thank you for your understanding.

Pickup at a collection point
When you receive an email stating that your package has been delivered to a pick-up point, please collect it as soon as possible. If the package is not collected within the designated time, return costs may be charged.

• we will first review and confirm your return request before you can return the product.


Right of withdrawal

The consumer has a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provision, if the consumer is a natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not related to his or her commercial or professional activity.

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, have received the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Zolora.) via an unambiguous statement (for example, by email) of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The withdrawal is completed when we have received the goods.
